These Terms govern your relationship with the operator of the online casino platform available at magic-red.ca, namely magicred. By accessing and using the services provided by magicred, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Bonus: Any promotional offer given to a Player by magicred, including but not limited to free spins, deposit matches, cashback, or prize rewards, subject to specified terms and conditions.
Wager: The total amount of money a Player must bet in relation to bonuses or promotional offers to satisfy wagering requirements before withdrawals can be made.
KYC: "Know Your Customer" verification process required to verify the identity, age, and location of Players to comply with legal and regulatory standards.
Responsible Gaming: Practices and policies designed to promote safe and responsible participation in gambling activities.

Account Registration

To become a registered Player with magicred, you must meet the following conditions and comply with the registration process outlined below:

Betting & Gameplay Rules

Bet Placement

All bets placed on magicred's platform must comply with the following guidelines:

Bets must respect the minimum and maximum stake limits specified for each game or event.
Only authorized bet types offered on the platform are permitted.
Bets placed must be your own funds and comply with responsible gaming principles.

Bet Cancellation and Modification

Bets may only be canceled or modified during a short defined window prior to the commencement of the event or game round, subject to platform capabilities.
Once the outcome of a bet is declared or the game round starts, bets cannot be altered or refunded except as explicitly stated in these Terms.

Refunds and Chargebacks

Bets and bonuses may be refunded solely at the discretion of magicred in cases of error or cancellation.
Chargebacks or disputes initiated by payment providers without prior communication to magicred may result in account suspension and loss of funds.

Limitation of Liability

magicred undertakes to operate its platform fairly, transparently, and accurately. However, to the fullest extent permitted by Canadian law, magicred excludes liability for:

Technical failures, system errors, or network interruptions affecting play or bets.
Inaccurate or delayed information relating to events, betting outcomes, or game results.
Losses resulting from unauthorized use of Accounts due to Player negligence.

Any compensation for erroneous bets, errors, or disputes will not exceed the total amount wagered on the affected event or game.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content and software provided by magicred, including text, graphics, logos, games, and code, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Users are prohibited from:

Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any part of the platform or its content without prior written consent from magicred.
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to derive source code or underlying technology.
Using the magicred brand or trademarks for any unofficial or commercial purposes.

Privacy & Data Protection

magicred processes all personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which can be accessed on the website. By using the platform, Users consent to the collection, storage, and processing of their personal data as described therein. Data handling complies with applicable Canadian privacy laws and regulations to ensure confidentiality and security.

Changes to Terms

magicred reserves the right to update, amend, or modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through one or more of the following channels:

Email communication to the registered email address
Notification banners displayed prominently on the website
Updates published within the Terms section of the website

If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the changes.

Termination & Suspension

magicred may suspend or terminate your Account and access to the platform in the following circumstances:

Violation of these Terms or any applicable laws
Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information
Suspicion of money laundering, cheating, collusion, or abuse of bonuses
Breach of age or jurisdictional restrictions

Upon termination, any remaining Player balances will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with applicable laws and after deduction of any valid claims by magicred. Players will be notified via email or platform messages.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of magicred and its services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and applicable federal laws. By using the platform, you agree that any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, or alternatively, through arbitration if mutually agreed. This applies notwithstanding the Operator's primary licensing jurisdictions in Malta, the United Kingdom, and Sweden.
